False Advertising At The Lumberjack Feud

Lumberjack Feud is a dinner show in Pigeon Forge that promotes itself as fun for the whole family (and it is – that’s not the false advertising part.)

Lumberjack Feud

Before we went to the show as part of our Brandcation trip, we were told that it’s kind of the show for dads around Pigeon Forge (as opposed to shows like Dixie Stampede that we went to the previous night.)

That’s where I call bullshit. This show is definitely a fun event for the whole family. Heck, if you saw my tweets last night, you already know that I spotted some awfully cute lumberjack butts.

Lumberjack Feud Sawing Log

Muscular men doing manly things like sawing logs with chainsaws? Yes please!

Don’t get me wrong. They’re still actual lumberjacks doing actual logging events like log rolling, axe swinging, and tree climbing. The show is family oriented, inviting kids from the crowd to get involved with several of the activities, including using giant slingshots to fire wiffle balls into a canoe in the water.

Lumberjack Feud Scenery

The scenery is beautiful, too. Amy from Grinning Cheek to Cheek & I grabbed the black bear for a photo opp.

Lumberjack Bear Growl

The staff is super friendly and were wonderful hosts while we were at the show. The lumberjacks even posed with Lavender, my Dolphin Organics buddy.

Of course I couldn’t let a stuffed dolphin have all the fun. I’m always game for posing with men with muscles :)

Lumberjack Feud

The show was a blast, and I think it would be great fun for Levi to watch. I know he would love seeing the saws and the dock diving dogs. Lumberjack Feud has great food, awesome staff, and amazing entertainment. I definitely recommend it as a must-see attraction in Pigeon Forge, TN.
