GoGreen Pocket Diapers have everything I look for in a cloth diaper – they’re one size, made from quality materials, are easy to care for, and best of all, they’re SUPER cute.
At our house, pocket diapers are a favorite because they’re so easy to use. Here are some of the features of the GoGreen Fuzzy Pocket Diapers:
- Fuzzy, leak-proof exterior
- Soft microsuede lining never pills, stays looking new
- Ultra-absorbent 3-layer microfiber terry insert
- 3 rows of rise adjustment snaps
- Hip snaps to prevent “wing droop”
- Waist tab overlap snaps for newborns/preemies
This was my first time trying a fuzzy diaper, and I admit, I was nervous about leaks or wicking around the thighs. The first time Levi wore it, he peed and I felt the diaper’s exterior. No moisture. Awesome.
Speaking of thighs, I really liked the way this diaper fit my son. Levi has super sensitive skin, so diapers that are wide with a PUL outer tend to chafe his thighs a little bit. The GoGreen Fuzzy Pocket Diaper had a nice amount of coverage without covering too much thigh.
The stitching quality was great, too. I always check out the serging on new diapers so I can tell how well the diaper will hold up to repeated washing and use. All of the seams on this diaper looked good, as you can see here:
The overall fit on Levi was great. He's 6 months and about 15 lbs. He's not walking yet, but you can see the fit here as he's standing up with Daddy's help:
The new hip snaps and cross-tab snaps mean you can get a great fit on just about any baby body type. My husband was confused at first, but once he got the hang of it, he enjoyed playing with the snaps to get a custom fit on Levi.
I also tested out the GoGreen Wet/Dry bag. I wasn't expecting what I received when I opened my package. I mean, a wetbag for $6.99? Really? I figured it would fall apart right away or the bright red color would bleed in the wash or fade over time. Nope. The color didn't fade at all. And as you can see from this picture, the wet/dry bag has held it's own and is still intact even after multiple washes.
I like using the front pocket to store clean diapers, and the top (larger) pocket to store my dirties. The material is thin, but sturdy and waterproof. I was surprised just how many diapers fit in it – I have two clean and two dirty diapers, and still had room to fit a couple more if I needed to.
Overall, I think that the GoGreen Pocket Diaper and Wet Bag is a fantastic value for the price. You get good quality products for a very reasonable price. Although these are made in China, the company is based here in the US and offers excellent customer service.
