Wonder Forge has some really great games available for Levi’s age group right now and we were excited to get a chance to try them out. I hope board games and card games never die in favor of electronic games. There are some things that are just better on a table, or the floor, or wherever you can find space really.
Never Land Challenge Game
Disney Junior’s star pirates are swinging in for the Jake and the Never Land Pirates Never Land Challenge Game are the stars in this active, get-up-and-play game. The activities involve getting up and using Jake’s sword and cannonball or crawling through the “vines”. The game is made for kids 3+, but Levi had a lot of fun swinging the sword and getting the vines set up.

Who Shook Hook?
The Jake and the Never Land Pirates Who Shook Hook Game one reminds me a little of the old game “Don’t Wake Daddy”. Kids will spin to get their challenge, then use the sword, the fishing pole, or the shovel to try to take a piece of Hook’s treasure from his hammock without sending him into the crocodile-infested oasis below him. This is great for building their dexterity up in their hands and making them think about the strategy it will take to keep the hammock balanced.
Dazzling Princesses
The Disney Princess Dazzling Princess Game helps teach kids about taking turns, matching, and using their imagination while including a set of princess accessories fit for any Disney themed tea party. It’s a card based game, so it won’t take up much room to set up and play. I know I only have Levi in the house, but Princess Games aren’t only for little girls:

Like you, I hope board games never disappear! My daughter is 8 & is finally at the age where she can actually hold her own cards… & sometimes she actually plays a hand fairly well! Do you know if Wonder Forge has any games more appropriate for my daughter’s age range? I don’t know anyone with toddlers anymore!
PS – Levi is a peach!
Love this! Of course, my favorite games are still the old-fashioned ones: trouble, chutes and ladders, life, etc.
My girls would love both of these!. Though, I can’t wait to show my girls dream phone and mall maddness…I had a blast with those haha.
