Since October 4th is National Vodka Day, I thought it would be fun to share some yummy vodka recipes. Plus this one is made with Crystal Head Vodka, which comes in a skull bottle. Y’all know I’m all over this.
The Red Head
1 1/2 oz. of Crystal Head Vodka
1/2 oz of Pama Liqueur
Pomegranate slice
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add Crystal Head Vodka and Pama. Shake well and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a slice of pomegranate.
If you don’t like your cocktails quite so strong, you can add in a few mixers to help adjust the strength and taste to your liking. If you’re a sweet person, Sprint is a good option. Ginger Ale or soda water is good for a bubbly cocktail that stays true to the original flavor. Personally, I like a little bit of bite to my drinks, so I like to add an ounce of tonic water to my version.
