Maytag Said I Don’t Have To Clean My Kitchen!!

Maytag said I don’t have to clean my kitchen. And when Maytag tells you something like that, you listen, right?

Ok, maybe that’s not exactly what Maytag told me. Maybe they just mentioned something about sending me brand new appliances to make over my kitchen. But I think it’s implied that they don’t want me to waste time on my old appliances when I could be using that time to browse their mommy eye candy online appliance showroom.

Seriously, why would I spend time scrubbing my current oven that doesn’t heat evenly…

…when I could be drooling over my dream appliance – double ovens.

Or waste time washing dishes by hand…

…when I could be daydreaming about having a dishwasher like this one to do the hard work for me.

Don’t get me wrong – I’m not going to let my kitchen pile up into a dirty disaster. Absolutely not! I’m just going to let Jason do the cleaning while I do my “research” for this project

I’m actually serious about the research part. (Ok, and the cleaning part – Jason normally washes the dishes, not me.) The appliances pictured above are the first ones that caught my eye. As part of the Maytag Ambassador program, I’ll be testing out the Ice20 French Door Refrigerator with easy access refrigerator drawer, the Jetclean Plus Dishwasher with fully integrated controls, the Over-the-Range Microwave with stainless steel interior, and the 6.2 cu. Ft. capacity Electric Range with Triple-Choice and Speed Heat Elements.

That’s a LOT of amazing kitchen technology, and I want to make sure I understand what all the features do before they arrive so I can fully enjoy my kitchen experience once they’re installed. Luckily, I have the next four months to research and try them out, and of course I’ll be posting updates on what I learned and/or broke along the way.
