When I do Zumba, it’s probably something like this:
But who cares? It’s Zumba and it’s awesome and it’s fun. Plus it’s a great workout, and as I’ve blogged several times, Nutrisystem can only take me so far. I gotta pitch in too with a little bit of exercise.
I think the thing I like best about Zumba is that I don’t really think of it as a workout. It’s more like a super fun dance class. In fact, even after an hour long class, I still have the energy to do some extra cardio on the elliptical. If you know what a couch potato I normally am, that’s saying a lot. I came across this Zumba flash mob video and I totally wish I could be part of something like this:
Admittedly, it’s not really a flash mob so much as a semi-organized Zumba sensation, but doesn’t it look like fun? I can’t wait to get the xBox Kinect game to try it myself!

I have zumba on kinects and its no joke for real. I think the classes i took we way easier than the game but it is fun none the less.

I would love to take a Zumba class, however, I think I will stick to my Zumba for the Wii system so that I won’t feel to embarrassed at how I really look.
